Order Changes & Cancellation
Due to the nature of this service, data check and printing start immediately after ordering.
Changes and cancellations are not accepted after receiving the 'Order Date Confirmed' email.
However, changes or cancellations are possible before the order acceptance date is confirmed.
After ordering, you will receive an email titled 'Notice from Store'. Please contact the store mentioned in that email.
1. Returns and Exchanges
ACCEA's information processing services (hereinafter referred to as 'this service') are made to order, so as a rule, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if there is a defect due to our responsibility, we will replace the product at our expense or refund after consultation. Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases.
(1) If the product has been used or distributed
(2) Returns due to subjective reasons such as 'different from your image'
(3) If more than one week has passed since delivery
(4) Returns or exchanges for products damaged or soiled by the customer
2. Regarding Defects and Missing Items
We strive to ensure there are no defects or missing items in our services, but as manual processes are involved, if a defect occurs, we will respond as follows under the conditions below.
(1) We will promptly remake defective products at our expense.
(2) If (1) is not possible, we will refund the processing fee.
(3) If you suffer secondary damage due to a defect, our response will be limited to (1) and (2) above.
3. Exclusion of Antisocial Forces
If the customer falls under any of the following circumstances, we may immediately suspend the provision of this service without any notice or procedures.
(1) If it is found that the customer is an antisocial force (such as organized crime groups, members, affiliates, quasi-members, related companies, corporate extortionists, groups engaging in social movements, or other similar entities, hereinafter referred to as 'antisocial forces').
(2) If the customer, directly or through a third party, damages the reputation or credibility of our company or employees, interferes with our business, or engages in fraud, unreasonable demands, violent acts, or threatening behavior.
(3) If the representative, person with substantial management control, key officers, or investors are found to be antisocial forces.
If we suspend the service based on the above, we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer.
4. Regarding ACCEA's Website
While we take great care with the information posted on the ACCEA website (hereinafter, 'this website'), it is operated based on the following policies.
- (1)We do not guarantee the content of this website.
- (2)We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or viewing of this website.
- (3)We are not responsible for damages caused by websites impersonating this website.
- (4)The URL or information on this website may be changed without notice.
- (5)We are not responsible for any errors in the information posted, or for any problems caused by third-party data tampering or downloads, regardless of the reason.

5. Services We Cannot Accept
At ACCEA, based on laws and our copy policy, please note that we cannot accept copying, printing, scanning, CD/DVD copying, dubbing, etc., for the items listed below (the same applies to self-service copy machines).
(1) Regarding copyright and trademark rights
- ・Items punishable by law or potentially incurring legal penalty [banknotes, coins, checks, stock certificates, securities, bonds, bills of exchange, gift certificates, postage stamps, government postcards, revenue stamps, transportation tickets, coupon tickets, commuter passes, travelers checks, various admission tickets, etc.]
- ・Various certificates, etc. (Black & White copy only) [driver’s license, passport, health insurance card, qualification licenses, qualification certificates, other official documents and documents related to rights and obligations bearing seals]
- ・Items that infringe or may infringe copyright, portrait rights, etc. [commercial books, newspapers, magazines, manga, textbooks, maps, paintings, drawings, photographs, sheet music, designs, etc.] [movies, TV programs, commercially available CDs/DVDs, etc.]
- ・Items that violate public order and morals [content that violates public order and morals (obscene materials, graphic or violent photos, images, texts, etc.)]
- ・Items related to or potentially related to organizations or individuals affiliated with antisocial forces [items intended for use by organizations or individuals affiliated with antisocial forces]
- ・Items whose legality is difficult for our company to determine [items not infringing copyright when for personal use or distribution by educational institutions for non-commercial purposes] [music or publications not infringing copyright because more than 50 years have passed since the author’s death, films not infringing copyright because more than 70 years have passed since release] (However, it is possible if the customer provides documentation proving permission from the copyright holder.)
(2) Regarding personal information
While we ensure a high level of information security for copying, printing, scanning, and other related services of highly confidential information—such as by obtaining the Privacy Mark, using access control systems, surveillance cameras, security software, PC log monitoring systems, etc.—we have a policy of not handling the following highly sensitive information at stores from a risk management perspective in the event of an incident. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
- ・Copying, printing, scanning, and other related services of the following information by any third party other than the individual concerned
- ・Basic personal information such as date of birth, credit card number, financial status, account balance, medical history, account number, PIN, blacklist information, credit information, passport information, annual income, resident registry code, etc.
- ・Information concerning thoughts, beliefs, or religion
- ・Information concerning physical or mental disabilities, criminal history, or other matters that may cause social discrimination
- ・Information concerning workers’ right to organize, collective bargaining rights, and other matters related to collective activities
- ・Information concerning participation in collective demonstrations, exercise of petition rights, and other political rights
- ・Information concerning health care or sexual life

6. About automatic cancellation
If there are issues with your data or order and we cannot contact you, your order will be automatically canceled 14 days after ordering.
7. About product disposal
The retention period at the designated store is one month from the order date.
If you do not pick up within one month, the printed materials will be discarded.
Please note that in such cases, payment will not be refunded.
