About Data Submission

ACCEA EXPRESS is a super-fast printing service. All files must be submitted as final print-ready data.
Print-ready data refers to files that require no additional editing or correction for printing.
Only complete Illustrator, Photoshop, or PDF files are accepted.
If you want a borderless (no white margin) finish, be sure to include bleed in your data.

* If there are issues with your submitted data, we may not be able to meet your requested deadline.

Checklist for Print-Ready Data

• □ Data is in Illustrator, Photoshop, or PDF format
• □ If created in Illustrator, all fonts are outlined
• □ If created in Illustrator, linked images are embedded or collected in the same folder
• □ If borderless printing is desired, bleed is included

Supported Adobe Software Versions

Illustrator (up to CC), Photoshop (up to CC), Acrobat PDF

Notes for Adobe Photoshop Users

Resolution: 100dpi for large format, 300dpi for A3 size or smaller.
Flatten all layers and save in CMYK mode.

Notes for Acrobat PDF Files

Security settings may cause print errors. Please disable them.

About Images

• ●Embed image links or submit linked files (EPS, JPEG, PSD in CMYK) together with the .ai file.
• ●Rasterize effects such as transparency or drop shadow.
• ●Use 100dpi for large prints, 300dpi for A3 or smaller.
• ●Disable overprint to prevent missing artwork.

White Border Option

About Cracking (Paper Break)

Unlike inkjet, laser printing uses toner powder instead of ink.
Because toner sits on the surface of the paper and does not soak in, machine folding may cause spine cracking, where the white color of the paper shows through.
Due to the nature of printing, it is impossible to completely avoid paper cracking.

Solid colors and thicker papers make cracks more noticeable along folds.
Use lighter colors at fold lines to minimize cracking.

To reduce cracking, request 'scoring + hand folding' (quoted separately).

* Write 'Scoring + Hand Folding' in your order notes.
* This option is not available for express jobs. Price and lead time will be quoted.

How to Submit Multiple Files

Combine multiple files into one folder and compress them into a ZIP file to send as a single file. This helps prevent missing files and is recommended.

• * Each file must be under 3GB.
• * Uploaded data is automatically deleted after one month.
