Document Printing (Printout + Stapling)
All document printing with stapling at ACCEA is performed using on-demand printing. The advantages of on-demand printing include ultra-fast turnaround (even for large quantities, with same-day or next-day completion, immediate shipping, and in-store pickup), and cost-effective pricing even for small print runs (as few as one copy), regardless of the number of files. Stapled document printing is ideal for distributing materials such as meeting handouts, presentation documents, training texts, and manuals in business and educational settings.
On the other hand, if you're printing large quantities of flyers or booklets with few pages and have flexible deadlines, offset printing may be more economical.

Important Notes When Ordering
◎ Please submit your data as a PDF file.
If using Office software such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, differences in OS may cause garbled text or layout shifts. Please always convert to PDF before submitting.
◎ Please note that we do not generally convert data, such as combining two pages into one.
If you want to print two PowerPoint slides on one A4 page, please prepare the layout yourself and submit a PDF with the desired format.
◎ This product will have a white border of about 5mm around the edges.
Orientation Based on Stapling Method
Please note that the print orientation will vary depending on the stapling method.
If you wish to change the orientation, please indicate so in the notes field at the time of submission.
■ For left or right binding
The document will be printed so that the top and bottom of the pages align when opened.
■ For top binding
The document will be printed with pages aligned for upward opening.
The back cover (the last page if the total number of pages is even) will align with the orientation of the front cover.

Do you only accept PDF files for submission?

Is borderless printing available?
With ACCEA EXPRESS document printing (stapled), prints will always have white margins. If you want borderless printing, please order via the ACCEA official website web submission.
Can you staple more than 50 pieces?
Stapled document printing supports up to 50 pieces per staple. For single-sided printing, up to 50 pages; for double-sided, up to 100 pages.
Do you support non-standard sizes?
Document printing (stapled) is available only in B5, A4, B4, and A3 sizes. If you want a custom size, please order via the ACCEA official website web submission.
What happens if my data includes both Black & White and color pages?
For stapled document printing, if you choose color printing, the color price applies regardless of the proportion of color pages.
