All cut-out panels at ACCEA are produced using on-demand printing. The advantages of on-demand printing include ultra-fast turnaround—even for large quantities—with same-day or next-day completion, immediate shipping, and in-store pickup. Ideal for restaurant menus, POP displays, events, exhibitions, cut-out panels, posters, and panels as promotional tools.

File Creation Tips
- Images should be 100–200 dpi at actual size.
- Image resolution should be 100–200 dpi at actual size
- Cut-out panel printing requires a separate cut line file in addition to the print image

How to Create Cut Line Data
Cut lines must be created using Illustrator path data
If the paths are not smooth, proper cutting may not be possible
In such cases, you may be asked to resubmit or we may recreate the paths for a fee
Please keep image data and path data on separate layers
Cut lines must be continuous and free of overlaps
For white backgrounds, offset the cut line at least 20 mm from the design edge
Remove unnecessary anchor points before submitting
While right angles and sharp corners are supported, the nature of the cutting equipment may cause slight intrusions or imperfections on the reverse side. Please be aware of this in advance.
