All postcard printing at ACCEA is done using on-demand printing. The advantages of on-demand printing include ultra-fast turnaround—even for large quantities—with same-day or next-day completion, immediate shipping, and in-store pickup. Ideal for restaurant menus, POP displays, events, exhibitions, postcards, posters, panels, and other promotional tools.
On the other hand, if you're printing large quantities of flyers or booklets with few pages and have flexible deadlines, offset printing may be more economical.

- * If you do not include the words “郵便はがき” or “POSTCARD” at the top or center-left of the card, it will not be classified as a postcard (second-class mail) and will instead be treated as a letter (first-class mail), which cannot be sent for the standard ¥85 postcard rate.
- * The prices below apply to orders using a single set of artwork (one design).
If you wish to print two different designs (artwork) with 100 pieces each, the pricing will be calculated as the unit price for 100 pieces × 2, not the unit price for 200 pieces.

What file formats or applications are supported?
PDF format is recommended. We also support Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop files (AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, JPEG, TIFF).
Can I submit files in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint format?
Office files often result in font corruption or layout issues, so please convert your data to PDF before submitting. If conversion is not possible, proofing will be required. Please order via ACCEA official website web submission.
I downloaded the postcard printing template but can’t open it.
Postcard printing templates can be opened in Adobe Illustrator. If you do not have Illustrator, please convert your data to PDF before submitting.
The finished size is listed as 100×148mm. Can I print in a different size?
Postcard printing is only available in the standard postcard size. For other sizes, please order via ACCEA official website web submission.
Can I order using a paper type other than the three listed?
ACCEA EXPRESS offers only the three specified paper types for postcard printing. For other paper types, please order via ACCEA official website web submission.
Can I order fewer than 50 postcards?
The minimum order for postcard printing is 50 pieces. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I place an order for quantities like 350 postcards?
For quantities not listed, the next higher price applies. For example, 350 pieces will be priced as 400 pieces. Thank you for your understanding.
