How to Prepare Data for Life-Size Panels
About image resolution
Images should be 100–200 dpi at actual size.
Image resolution should be 100–200 dpi at actual size
Cut-out panel printing requires a separate cut line file in addition to the print image
How to Create Cut Line Data
Created with Adobe Illustrator
The cut line for life-size panels must be created using Illustrator path data.
Maximum size: up to 2400mm × 1100mm
Create with smooth path data
If the paths are not smooth, proper cutting may not be possible
In such cases, you may be asked to resubmit or we may recreate the paths for a fee
Separate layers
Please keep image data and path data on separate layers
Notes on stand attachment area
Since this product has a stand attached to the back, if your design has a cutout at the bottom center, the stand may be exposed or cannot be attached. Please avoid such designs as much as possible.
Create path data as a single continuous path
Cut lines must be continuous and free of overlaps
About offset
For white backgrounds, offset the cut line at least 20 mm from the design edge
Remove unnecessary anchor points
Remove unnecessary anchor points before submitting
About sharp cut lines
While right angles and sharp corners are supported, the nature of the cutting equipment may cause slight intrusions or imperfections on the reverse side. Please be aware of this in advance.
One panel per person is recommended
We recommend creating one panel per person. If you combine multiple people into one panel, please ensure the data including the cut line fits within the maximum size. (If we create the data, the height or proportions per person may vary depending on the photo.)
