This type prints your chosen design in full color on clear acrylic, then cuts it to shape.
Photos and gradients can also be printed.
* For full-color type, the background is printed with white ink over the entire surface.
* If no white plate is specified in the data, white ink will be printed over the entire surface.

White Ink Printing
If white ink printing is required, you will need to provide a separate white layer in addition to the regular design data. Please create the white layer using 100% K (black) and place it on a separate layer.

How detailed can the free-cut shapes be?
The cut lines must be at least 3mm wide, with a minimum diameter of 3mm.
Fine cuts are possible, but may compromise the strength of the acrylic, increasing the risk of breakage.
A certain amount of width is necessary for durability.Can I turn a photo into an acrylic keychain?
Yes, absolutely.
We can print your photo in full color and create the keychain.
However, if you'd like us to edit the photo and create design data, an additional fee will apply.
