Data Submission Guidelines
* Please use the above template and submit your data in Adobe Illustrator format (version 10 or higher).
- If using image files, a resolution of 250–300 dpi is recommended. Lower resolutions may result in poor image quality. Also, be sure to embed all images before submitting your data.
- If your data contains text, please make sure to convert all text to outlines before submitting.
- Keep all design elements at least 2mm away from the inside and outside of the cut path. These areas are considered non-printable.
- When placing designs on the artboard, ensure that each cut path is spaced at least 3mm apart. If the spacing is less than 3mm, it may lead to breakage.
- You may include up to three cut-out parts in total.
- When creating your data, be sure to use the slot and tab located in the bottom left corner.

For the base, please design it with the following minimum diameters:
S Size: 30mm or larger,
M Size: 40mm or larger,
L Size: 55mm or larger. - Please make sure to separate the design and white ink data into different layers.
- For the slot and tab, use the cut path provided in the bottom right corner of the template.
Design Layer
- Create your data in CMYK color mode.
- Make sure the cut line is placed at least 2mm away from the design elements.
- If using image files, be sure to embed the images.
White Ink Layer
- Create the white ink data using solid black (K100). It must match the design in both position and size.
- Areas without white ink will appear transparent.
- Simply converting the design to grayscale will not result in clean white ink printing. Make sure to use 100% black (K100) when creating the white ink layer.
