All saddle-stitched booklet printing at ACCEA is done using on-demand printing. The advantages of on-demand printing include ultra-fast turnaround—even for large quantities—with same-day or next-day completion, immediate shipping, and in-store pickup. Saddle-stitched booklet printing is ideal for catalogs, brochures, internal newsletters, manuals, training texts, commemorative publications, reports, and other materials that require long-term storage.
On the other hand, if you're printing large quantities of flyers or booklets with few pages and have flexible deadlines, offset printing may be more economical.

Are there any additional fees depending on the delivery date?
At ACCEA EXPRESS, saddle-stitch binding is offered as a package including both printing and binding, so there are no extra rush fees even for urgent orders. * Shipping fees will be charged separately if delivery is required.
Can you handle saddle-stitched booklets with more than 48 pages?
ACCEA EXPRESS offers saddle-stitch binding for up to 48 pages. For more than 48 pages, please place your order via the web submission system on the official ACCEA website.
Is it not possible to choose other types of paper such as colored or thick paper?
If you use the web submission on the official ACCEA website, you can choose different types of paper for both the cover and the inner pages. For more details, please contact your nearest ACCEA store.
Can the inner pages be printed in both color and Black & White?
For saddle-stitched booklets, only the cover and inner pages can be specified, so color and Black & White cannot be mixed within the inner pages.
Can you handle custom sizes?
Custom-sized saddle-stitched booklets can also be accommodated. Please submit your order via the web submission system on the official ACCEA website or inquire at an ACCEA store.
Is it necessary to submit imposed layout data?

How do you handle trimming on the fore-edge?
For saddle-stitched booklets, the fore-edge is trimmed after binding.
Can you make landscape A4-size booklets?
Landscape A4 saddle-stitched booklets can be produced. Please submit your order via the web submission system on the official ACCEA website.
I only want to order one saddle-stitched booklet. Is that possible?
Yes, we accept orders for saddle-stitch binding from just one copy via the web submission system or in-store.
If I want to make 50 pieces of two different types, will I be charged the price for 100 booklets?
If you order 50 pieces each of two different sets of data (versions), the fee will be the 50-copy price × 2, not the price for 100 booklets.
